Global Power Announces Sale of Mexico Facility
IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (OTC: GLPW) ("Global Power" or the
"Company") announced today that it has entered into a definitive
agreement to sell its 135,000 square foot Monterrey, Mexico facility for
a total of $3.0 million. The Company also plans to sell the remaining
production equipment and other assets through an auction process. The
sale and auction are expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2017.
Net proceeds from the sale of the facility and equipment will be used to
reduce debt.
